Strange Brew

I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You´ll need for this Tut:

Hope You understand the Tut, my English isn´t soooo good!

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to  sharpen, so i don´t need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don´t write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 1 - 2 - 100 - 3 - Black

Open a new image 600 x 600 Pixel, fill with White and open the Mask (which you can minimize)

Copy the Paper DCD_Paper17 and paste as new Layer

Layer - new Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask356 - ok and Merge Group.

Copy the Paper DCD_Paper19 and paste as new Layer

Layer - new Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask356 - ok and Merge Group - Image - resize 80% - Transparency to 75.

Copy DCD_Frame05 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize 75%.

Copy DCD_web02 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize 75% - put the Layer under the Frame - Layer.

Copy SSLisa-Cookie-Devilish1 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize 50% - put she below on the Frame.

Copy DCD_BewareSign and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 25% - Rotate Free - 10 left - put it at the bottom from the Frame.

Copy DCD_Jack-O-Latern and paste as new Layer -Image - resize - 30% and put it below at the left Side from the Frame.

Copy DCD_Candle01 and paste as new Layer -Image - resize 20% and put it below on the Right Side from the Frame.

Copy DCD_Handbag and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 30% - Flip Vertical - place it below at the Candle.

Copy TW_Goth_Tree4 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 40% - place it on the Left Side from the Frame - put it under the Jack-O-Latern - Layer.

Copy DCD_JulesBat and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 20% - put it on the little Pumpkin.

Copy DCD_FallLeaf04 and paste as new Layer  - Image - resize - 60% - put it on the Left Side from the Handbag and Candle - put it under the Candle - Layer.

Copy DCD_Cuppa and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 50% - put it on the Left Side from the Handbag.

Copy DCD_Book of Shadows and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 25% - put it on the Right Side from Jack-O-Latern.

Copy DCD_Dragonfly Charm01 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 40% - Rotate Free - 10 left - put it at the Top on the Right Side from the Frame.

Copy DCD_SillySpidy - Image - resize - 20% - put it in the middle on the Right Side from the web - duplicate - flip Vertical.

Copy DCD_Bubbles01 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 50% - Rotate Free - 90 left,

and put it below on the Right Side from the Book - put the Layer under the Book - Layer - duplicate and flip Vertical.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it

Merge all down visible.

Save as png and you are finished with the Tag
