Ishona´s Friends and Family

I made this Tut using PSP XI ,

but I think it can be made with another Versions too.

You´ll need for this Tut:

Hope You understand the Tut, my English isn´t soooo good!

So let us begin ;)  

At first two things:

After rezising you had to  sharpen, so i don´t need to write it all time ;)

But when we have to rotate it will be sharpen after rotating ;)

At all elements i put a Dropshadow, which you want to use or if you want to use is your turn, i don´t write it in the Tut,

so if you want a Dropshadow feel free to use your own ;)

I used this Drop Shadow 2 - 2 - 75 - 2 - Black

Open a new image 550 x 550 Pixel, transparent, fill with White and open the Mask (which you can minimize).

Copy the Paper Athena_FFC_Paper4 and paste as new Layer,

Layer - new Masklayer from Image - WSL_Mask353 - ok and Merge Group - Image - resize 105%.

Copy Athena_FFC_Frame1 and paste as new Layer  - Image - resize 50% - Rotate Free - 90 left.

Click with the Magic Wand in the Frame - Selections - expand to 8.

Copy Paper Athena_FFC_Paper1 and paste as new Layer,

Invert the Selection - delete and put the Layer under the Frame - Layer.

Open Athena_FFC_PaperStars2 - Image - resize - 25% - Copy and paste as new Layer,

put them in the Frame at the Top on the left side - Delete - the Shadow on seperate Layer.

Copy your Tube and paste as new Layer - arrange it in the Frame till it´s ok for You (but please leave the right side at the Top free),

delete - put under the Frame - Layer - Selections - None.

Activate the Star - Layer - duplicate - flip Vertical - Merge down.

Copy Athena_FFC_GlitterHeart2 and paste as new Layer - Image - rezise 60%,

put it under the Frame - Layer and arrange it a little bit down,

the tiles from the Glitter which shows below you can delete with the Rubber.

Effects - Alien Skin - Xenofex 2 - Constellation with the following Settings:

Star Size (pixels) 2.00 - Size Variation 25 - Edge Star Density 19 -

Overall Star Density 0 - Overdrive 100 - Twinkle Amount (%) 75 - Twinkle Rotation (°) 45 -

Keep Original Image - Random Seed 1 - OK

Copy Athena_FFC_CrossedRibbon2 and paste as new Layer - Image - rezise 28%,

put it below on the Frame.

Copy Athena_FFC_FoldedRibbon2 and paste as new Layer,

Image - resize - 35% - Rotate free - 25 to the left - put it on the right Corner at the Top from the Frame,

duplicate - flip Horizontal - duplicate - flip Vertical.

Copy Athena_FFC_Bow5 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 50%

put it on the left Corner at the Top from the Frame.

Copy Athena_FFC_Bow6 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 45%

Rotate free - 15 to the left - put it on the other Bow.

Copy Athena_FFC_Bow3 and paste as new Layer - Image - resize - 25%

Rotate free - 15 to the left - put it on the other Bows und put the Layer under both Bows - Layers.

Put your Text or Name on the Tag and type the Copyright on it.

When You want the Tag without the animation then merge all down visible, Save as jpg or png and you are finished with the Tag.

For the Animation:

Activate and duplicate the Stars - Layer,

Effects - Alien Skin - Xenofex 2 - Constellation with the same Settings, but Make selection transparent and not Keep original Image.

Right click on Image - Copy all Layers,

open your AnimationShop (AS) - put in as new Animation.

Back to PSP - one Step back - Effects - Alien Skin - Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click on Random Seed - Copy all Layers,

in AS - put in after the current Single - Pic.

Back to PSP - one Step back - Effects - Alien Skin - Xenofex 2 - Constellation - click on Random Seed - Copy all Layers,

in AS - put in after the current Single - Pic.

Save as Gif and you have finished the Tag
